Background: LucidWild Estate opened their stunning new tasting room in the Willamette Valley. In coordination with my teammates at Broussard Communications, I developed a social media strategy for the tasting room launch, as well as a multi-phase influencer campaign. 

 

Execution: We worked with LucidWild for several months before their tasting opened to give media and influencers a sneak peek of what was to come. This helped build excitement for the opening. They also got to try some of LucidWild's excellent wines. We coordinated a launch party when the tasting room opened, and continued to invite influencers out in waves to extend the buzz. We engaged 10 local wine and lifestyle influencers whose organic content received over half a million views on Instagram Reels, and 26K shares on Instagram, as well as 186K views and 7K shares on TikTok. The client shared that they received over 200 tasting room bookings the weekend after the influencer shared about their experience on TikTok. After review post performance we selected two influencers for continued partnerships.
